This is second-only to the great Global Warming conspiracy. One of they key points the C.T.s make is that "4,000 Jews were warned to stay away from the WTC that day". Of course nobody was warned to stay away from work that day, let alone Jews, or, indeed Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Sheiks, Atheists, Agnostics, Anarchists, Non-Believers, etc. ... NOBODY ... ZERO PERSONS ... PERIOD.
FACT: Over 400 people of Jewish faith perished on 9/11. Of a total fatality count of 2,749, working on a base minimum of 400 persons of Jewish faith who perished, this equates to a Jewish death-rate of 14.6% Given that 12% of N.Y.C.'s pop. is Jewish, the rate of people of Jewish faith bears a significant higher correlation to the other persons killed that day. Higher to the tune of 22% ... PERIOD.
Still not satisfied ? Okay, let's ditch religion altogether, use geography and compare death-rates from a pair of similarly sized and populated countries, both of whom have a strong relationship with the United States and, specifically with New York City. Whilst NYC witnessed hundreds of its Jewish residents killed that day the same could also be argued re the numbers of persons of Irish extraction. But let’s completely dismiss this, as methods of obtaining persons’ ascendancy is invalid here.
I’ve chosen Israel since the “Jewish out-of-work on 9/11” theory is what this conspiracy is based upon. The other country is my own homeland, Ireland. So, by purely analyzing these pair of countries’ indigenous citizens killed on that day, we arrive at the following: Firstly, the official census populations of Ireland and Israel for 2001 was 5,602,603 and 5,938,093 respectively. Secondly, both countries had substantial numbers of their citizens residing in the N.Y.C. metros. Finally, Ireland lost six citizens that day and Israel lost five. Thus the respective death-rates are --as would be expected-- not at all disimilar.
Finally, but positively firstly, it should be mentioned that a 35 year-old Sligo-man lost his life on that fateful day. Kieran Gorman from Mullinabreena, Achonry, Co.Sligo was killed in the S.T. of the W.T.C. complex. Kieran was unfortunate to have been in the wrong place at the wrong time, as he had just arrived back in NYC from Ireland the day before. He is buried at Court Abbey Cemetery closeby to Mullinabreena. If you want to visit to pay your respects, the burial ground is a short distance from the Creamery in Achonry on the N-17 in south Co.Sligo (approx. seven miles north of Tubbercurry and fifteen miles south of Sligo town). In the latter part of the 20th century, this was the greatest conspiracy of all time. However, thanks to 9/11 and the current en vogue Global Warming event, the Lunar Landing conspiracy has been demoted to the number three spot.
With that said, this C.T. has nonetheless proved quite effective and has made a number of already-paranoid people completely delusional, but, on a brighter note: it has made a small number of very smart knowledgable people quite wealthy courtesy best-selling videos and block-buster book sales.
REALITY: because of the sheer complexity of these Lunar missions --consider: each 36-storey Saturn V rocket-stack that flew the Astronauts to the Moon had a staggering three million components-- there are numerous opportunities for the wacko C.T. brigade to pick-and-chose "errors / ommissions and anomalies / discrepancies" that "simply cannot be explained" ... BULLSHIT !
Let's examine the prime one ..."the American flag flapped in a supposedly windless environment". The flag NEVER-EVER "flapped". The designers did not want the flag to appear "flat" so it was specifically designed with a stiff wire woven through the fabric and thus it's "vibrant" shape. Then, when the Astronauts "pulled" the flag into position, the inertia imparted to the flag's corner by the Astronaut's hand caused the flag to briefly "flutter". Ironically this very --C.T.-- motion was actually assisted by the fact that the Moon has NO air and thus ZERO drag to impede its (given) inertia.
REALITY CHECK ... TWELVE AMERICAN ASTRONAUTS DID WALK ON THE MOON BETWEEN JULY 20th 1969 AND DECEMBER 14th 1972. ... PERIOD.
